4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Black Cedar Construction operates an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with customers and prospects. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Black Cedar Construction, you agree to the following terms:

b. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the appropriate consent box(es) on our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Black Cedar Construction. Your consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on your project activity and preferences. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for each category you opt in to.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Black Cedar Construction is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from Black Cedar Construction. You will receive a single confirmation message verifying your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS will not affect other communications (such as email) unless you separately unsubscribe from those.

Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and network availability. Black Cedar Construction makes no guarantee that messages will be delivered or delivered within a specific time frame.

h. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm you are 18 or older.

Estimates are free and non-binding until a written, signed quote is issued. Written quotes lock the price for the scope described. Change orders may adjust the total; any changes are agreed in writing before work proceeds.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images — is the property of Black Cedar Construction or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Cedar Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
